Nestled in a prime location offering captivating views of the river, our family getaway at this hotel was truly remarkable. The accommodation was spacious, ensuring comfort for all family members. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from promptly delivering extra towels to providing a seamless resolution for a technical glitch in our room's TV. The impeccable service left a lasting impression, especially when Ty, the bar manager, crafted a delightful mocktail for my daughter. The family-friendly atmosphere extended to the sports bar and Club lounge, where we enjoyed quality time together. The breathtaking views from our room, overlooking the Swan River, created a magical ambiance each evening. As we bid farewell, the staff at the front desk ensured a smooth check-out process, reflecting their professionalism and warmth.Our family is already looking forward to returning for another enriching and relaxing experience at this welcoming retreat.
